FAQ: Q: Watches are original?

A: Yes! Every watch we sell is 100% original.

 

Q: Does it come with a box?

A: It depends, please check description in each listing. You can always purchase a box as well, please visit our store.

 

Q: How long does the shipping take?

A: For US, AU and CH it takes about 2-3 weeks via Hong Kong Post; 2-4 days via UPS / For Asia, it takes about 1-2 weeks via Hong Kong Post, / For BR and IL it takes about 4-8 weeks via Hong Kong Post.

 

Q: WIll there be a custom duty?

A: Yes! US and AU custom will normally charge 10%.

 

Q: The date is not in english? How to adjust it?

A: Most of the seiko automatic watches have two languages to indicate date, you can switch languages following the video below:
